For students
- Book and pay for sessions through Gradly so bookings and confirmations stay in one place.
- Message tutors on the platform before and after lessons without sharing unnecessary personal details.
- Review tutor profiles, subjects, and availability before you book.
- Report concerns through the Help Center if something does not look right.
For tutors
- Complete onboarding with accurate profile, subject, and payout information.
- Use Stripe Connect for payouts in supported regions so earnings are handled securely.
- Honor confirmed bookings and communicate professionally with students.
- Keep session and account access limited to people who should use your tutor account.
